You have got to love a price war when it includes gasoline, the price of gasoline in our neck of the woods has dropped to $3.19 as of today and I think I will take everything that needs gasoline and fill them all up today just to get a little relief from the pounding we have been taking at the gas pumps. We use a lot of gasoline every week in our delivery vehicles and any relief we can get is a plus in my book, I hope the price keeps going down and we get back to where the price of gasoline was a year ago.

Gas war
Football picks
As football season gets closer and closer I can not help but think about my football picks and who I am going to bet on and who is going to win the Super Bowl. I put a bit on several teams to win the Super Bowl each year a couple of favorites and a couple of long shots, I never win but it is fun and I do not bet much just enough to have fun. I use Addict Sports to get my information and make my selections, they have a great web site and loads of information.
Gas Prices
The price of gas has leveled off at around $3.80 a gallon here in Nashville. I know it is higher in other parts of the country and I am glad we are lower priced here.
The high price of gas is costing me, money and drivers. People can not afford to drive to get to work let alone drive in their jobs anymore. I do not know how much longer we will be able to hold out with out getting more money from the newspaper to off set the high price of gas.
Almost Football time
As it gets closer to football season I am getting ready to make my football picks as I do every year. This year I am going to use a new service to make my picks, Addict Sports dot com is where I will be making my picks, they have a lot more information than the site I used last year and I am getting excited for the season to start to begin using this site. Check out their web site at http://www.addictsports.com to get the info you need to make your football picks this year.
Back Yard oil
As I was checking the news sites on the Internet this morning I noticed a very neat story about a man who is drilling for oil in his back yard. He is pumping 3 barrels of crude oil per day from his small oil pumper. I am not sure if Tennessee has any oil to drill for but it might be worth checking into. Sounds like a fun way to combat the high price of gasoline.
