Every summer it seems that I get the blues around the end of July and it lasts until it begins to cool off in September. I know it is natural to get the blues when it is hot and humid but it is really a strain to me to be sad, I am a very happy person and this really takes it out of me. I guess I need a vacation to a cool spot but then who would water my plants and feed my dogs. I guess I am stuck here being cranky until it cools off in a couple of months.

Diet Pepsi
Several years ago when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I changed several things in my diet including what I drink. I was a 6 pack Pepsi drinker and it was tough to change to Diet Pepsi, now I drink only diet drinks and water. I choke if I get a taste of a regular soda and have to have my diet drinks. There is a big variety in diet drinks they all do not taste alike and I like them as well or better than when I drank regular sodas.

As I fast approach 50 I have decided to take a more healthy approach to my life, I am considering giving up anything that is not good for me. I already do not smoke and I drink very little a beer once in a great while, I bought a 12 pack 2 years ago and there are 10 left.
I walk a lot at work, in and out of the truck a lot, I lift bundles of papers every day. I do not let things stress me out, much.
Sounds like to me i’m ok lets let this healthy thing sit till next year.
