School starts next week and I can not wait, no more kids hanging around all day doing nothing and I will have my couch back to use as I see fit. Since I work nights the couch is where a lot of my day light hours are spent. The couch has been occupied with kids since the start of June and I am ready to reclaim my couch. I can start to work in my daily morning nap as well as my traditional afternoon nap which I have been missing for months now. Thank goodness for school.

The simple things
Everything in life boils down to the simple things, I think most of us are very happy with simple things. The simple things that life offers to us free are sometimes the very best. A great sunrise, a cloudy day, a full moon on a clear night. The very best thing I can think of it to have great dogs and a woman who loves you, I have these and they make me very happy. Money and fame would be nice but I will take my simple life and just be happy, poor but happy.

New hair for my brother
Just got off the phone with my brother in Irvine, he called to tell me about his new hair. My brother has had hair loss since his early twenties, so I am very glad he is getting his hair problem fixed. Getting a divorce and being single again brought the issue to the forefront. Grandmother
Got a call from my sister today that they have placed my 93 year old grandmother in a nursing home, I am sure she hates that. She has always been very independent and does not like for people to have to fuss over her. I feel the same way I do not like people to fuss over me unless I’m sick then it is OK.
The whole family has been like that since I can remember. From the top to the bottom a feisty very belligerent bunch to say the least. I will go out to Oklahoma to see grandma as soon as I can get so shifts covered at work.

Mexico vacation
The family has made plans to spend our summer vacation in Rocky Point Mexico. The plans that we have right now are to look at Rocky Point beach homes to rent for the two weeks we will be in Mexico on vacation.
